Discussion and Potential Action to Adopt Resolution No 2017- : Resolution of     the City Council of the City of Brawley, California for Submission to the Voters   a Question Relating to the Extension of the City of Brawley Utility Users Tax         and the Submission to the Voters a Question Relating to Whether or not the           Office of City Treasurer Should Become an Appointed Office on the Ballot for the             General Municipal Election to be held on Tuesday, November 7, 2017.
