street closure and waiver of fees. The closure of Main Street is to accommodate the
annual Santa’s Local Workshop to be held Friday, December 8, 2022, from noon to

b. Discuss and Approve Hidalgo Society’s request for waiver of the $500.00 fee for street
closure. The partial closure of J street will accommodate Hidalgo Society’s Noche de
Fiesta event on Thursday, November 10, 2022 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm. This event
celebrates Latin American culture and is filled with food, music, and fun. Presented by
