6. REGULAR BUSINESS
a. Discussion and potential action to approve Professional Services Agreement,
Amendment No. 3 with West Coast Arborists for an additional year. This contract for
tree maintenance and care is for an amount not to exceed $30,000.00 and authorize
the City Manager to execute this agreement. Presented by Rachel Fonseca, Parks and
Recreation Manager.

b. Discussion and potential action to approve lease agreement renewal between the City
of Brawley and La Gente Boxing Club. This lease authorizes the use of the City’s Elks
Youth Building for La Gente Youth Boxing Program and Brawley Police Department
Boxing Program. Presented by Rachel Fonseca, Parks and Recreation Manager.

c. Discussion and potential action to approve Cybersecurity Services Contract with
DeepSeas Inc. for an annual amount of $39,025.00. This service contract will provide
management, detection and response to cyber threats. Further authorize the City
Manager to execute this agreements. Presented by Armando Garibay, Director of
Information Technology.
