Amendment with Rick Engineering Company for continued work on an updated
Service Area Plan. Contract amendment for a not to exceed amount of $38,500.00;
and request City Manager given authorization to execute agreement. Presented by

2023- (First Reading) to modify the existing contract with the California Public

d. Discussion and potential action to approve the Chamber of Commerce for Greater
Brawley’s requests related to City of Brawley Cattle Call annual event. Chamber
request for the following actions:
• Approval of the closure of Main Street between North and South Plaza Park
and select intersections.
• Approve to waive all fees associated with street closures for event.
• Approve to allow the sale of alcohol during the event.

Church Kermes event. Request to close Leonard Street between S. Cesar Chavez
Street and S. Adams Street and alleyway from 10:00 am – 8:00 pm. Further request

Recreation Manager.

No. 2020-02 Legion Street Improvements from Highway 86 to Western Avenue for
