1. CITY COUNCIL TOUR OF CITY At 4:15 the City Council and various City
department heads will meet at 154 So. Plaza, Brawley, Ca. and board an ICTC bus for
the purpose of touring the City along the normal bus route. No City business will be
discussed during this tour. Council will save their discussion and comments until the
regular meeting which will commence at 6:00 p.m. Space is limited. If space is
available, (unknown as of posting of this agenda), members of the public may
participate in the tour on a first come first served basis.

3. PUBLIC APPEARANCES/COMMENTS (Not to exceed 4 minutes.) This is the
time for the public to address the Council on any item not appearing on the
agenda that is within the subject matter jurisdiction of the City Council. The Mayor
will recognize you and when you come to the microphone, please state your name
for the record. You are not allowed to make personal attacks on individuals or make
comments which are slanderous, or which may invade an individual’s personal
privacy. Please direct your questions and comments to the City Council.
Any member of the public is invited to submit public comments in advance of the
meeting to be read at the meeting. Please email your questions to

2022. The public may also attend via zoom.
