acting in its capacity as the Successor Agency to the Brawley Community
Redevelopment Agency, declaring pursuant to California Government Code § 54221
that the real property identified as APN 047-050-021 is designated as exempt surplus
land and not necessary for the Successor Agency’s use at this time. Further finding
that such declaration is exempt from environmental review under the California
