Update on Brawley’s Decommissioned Water Treatment Plant suitability and assessment
for potential redevelopment. Presented by Victor Nava, Gafcon Director of Strategy,
Development & Partnerships.

a. Discussion and potential action to approve travel over 500 miles for City Fire
Department staff to participate in pre-delivery inspection and testing trip for newly
purchased fire engine. Presented by Mike York, Fire Chief.
