Benavidez, Imperial County Sheriff’s Office.

d. Approve renewal of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Boys
and Girls Club of Imperial Valley and the City of Brawley. This MOU outlines a license
agreement for use of the City’s Teen Center facility located at 220 Magnolia Street,

fire station #1 and associated Budget Adjustment in the amount of $5,400.00.

f. Review and adopt Resolution to accept a grant award from the United States DOJ,
Bureau of Justice Assistance Small Rural Tribal Body-Worn Camera Program. Award
in the amount of $50,000.00 will cover expenses of the Police Department’s body worn
camera program. Further authorize City Manager to execute all grant related
documents, ratify prior documents executed and approve associated budget

g. Review and approve the FY 2021 Operation Stonegarden yearly agreement. Further
authorize the Chief of Police to sign this agreement that will provide funding in the
amount of $95,211.15 to support the Brawley Police Department mission. Presented

h. Review and adopt Resolution to authorizing the Brawley Police Department to
participate in the Cannabis Tax Fund Grant Program and accept a grant award in the

on if/how to proceed moving forward in the formation of a Community Improvement
