Review and consider adoption of Resolution No. 2013-___ : Consenting to Inclusion of Properties within the City’s Jurisdiction in the California HERO Program to Finance Distributed Generation Renewable Energy Sources, Energy and Water Efficiency Improvements and Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure and Approving the Amendment to a Certain Joint Powers Agreement Related Thereto. Review and consider adoption of an Amendment to the Solid Waste Disposal and Recycling Franchise Agreement to incorporate street sweeping services at a cost of $204,000 per year and extension of the initial term of the Agreement for a ten year period.
