a. Approve City Council Minutes for: March 6, 2012
b. Approve Accounts Payable for: March 16, 2012

c. Authorize Professional Services Agreement with Lee and Ro, Inc. to Develop City of Brawley’s Pretreatment Program.
d. Approve 2nd Reading of Ordinance No. 2012-02: Ordinance of the City of Brawley, California amending Chapter 17 of the Brawley Municipal Code relating to Truck Parking.
e. Appoint member to City of Brawley Parks and Recreation Commission.
f. Authorize Contract Change Order No. 2, Brawley Municipal Airport Taxiways Rehabilitation, Hazard Construction for the amount of $14,331.
g. Adopt Resolution No. 2012- Resolution of the City Council of the City of Brawley, California, authorizing the Submission of the City of Brawley’s Projects for the Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ) Program SAFETEA-LU Call For Projects For Fiscal Years 2012/2013, 2013/2014, 2014/2015, and 2015/2016 and supporting the project delivery schedules and timely use of funding.
h. Approve Resolution in Support of Fats, Oils and Grease Initiative.
i. Approve Resolution of the City Council of the City of Brawley, California, approving the Application for Bicycle and/or Pedestrian funds under the Transportation Development Act and approving the adoption of its Bicycle and/or Pedestrian Plan.
j. Approve Resolution of the City Council of the City of Brawley, California, approving the Article 8c application for Dial-A-Ride Transit purposes under the Transportation Development Act (SB 325), PUC 99400.
k. Approve Resolution of the City Council of the City of Brawley, California, approving the Article 8e Application for Bus Benches/Shelters purposes under the Transportation Development Act (SB 325), PUC 99400.

a. Discussion and Action regarding continued video documentation of Brawley City Council Meetings.

a. Conference with Legal Counsel – Existing Litigation (Government Code Section 54956.9(a)):

4. Jupiter Ventures vs. City of Brawley
b. The Agency will recess to closed session with its attorney regarding anticipated litigation in that significant exposure to litigation against the agency. A point has been reached where, in the opinion of the Agency legislative body on the advice of its legal counsel, based on existing facts and circumstances, there is a significant exposure to litigation against the Agency. There are two such potential cases. (Government Code Section 54956.9(b)(1).
