Brawley, California Declaring a Need to Hold Council Meetings via Teleconferencing
pursuant to California Assembly Bill 361 and continue to authorize the City to
implement teleconference accessibility to conduct public meetings.

the City of Brawley, California, amending Chapter 7 of the City of Brawley Municipal
Code and reenacting a new Chapter 7. The proposed Ordinance adopts new 2022
California Building Standards Code that becomes effective January 1, 2023.
